Studio Administrator
Workbox Music is looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Studio Administrator to support our growing community of teachers and students. This is a flexible, part-time role, ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to help everything run smoothly.
You will work closely with our Studio Coordinator, helping to manage enquiries, support families and teachers, and ensure students have a seamless experience from their first lesson onwards.
Key responsibilities include:
• Reporting to the Studio Coordinator
• Responding to new enquiries and matching students with the right teachers
• Rebooking students following trial lessons
• Following up with both teachers and students after trials
• Managing our CRM system and updating student records
• Supporting payment packages and general admin tasks
• Providing clear, friendly communication with parents, students, and teachers
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Warm, professional, and confident communicating by email and phone
• Comfortable with systems and admin tools (CRM experience a bonus)
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Passionate about education, music, or working with families (a plus, but not essential)
Hours & pay:
• 4 to 7 hours per week
• Flexible, remote-friendly
• £14 per hour
